Easter 2015

I'm just a little late getting this posted....better late than never?!?!

On Saturday, we went to my parents for the day while Justin worked.  I had found Easter "eggs" at Wal-Mart to color so we could avoid real eggs due to his food allergies.  The good part about this is that they can be saved and used year to year.

We attempted having Colin help but that didn't work - he wanted to put his hands in with the eggs!

I quickly decided it would be easier if I just did them myself for this year :)

Easter Sunday

The Easter Bunny had dropped off some fun stuff while Colin slept so we checked those out first thing!

I couldn't find an Easter basket that I liked enough to spend the high prices, so I copied Andrea at Momfessionals to create this Easter box.

On the way to Mom & Dad's, I read Colin the Easter story and talked about how much Jesus loves us.
We had breakfast with mom and dad then got ready and went to church.  We took a few pictures before church because at Christmas we waited until after and didn't get any...I learned my lesson!

My handsome boys :)

The little love of my life!

You can't tell that Colin loves Granddaddy, can you?!?!

After church we took a few family pictures outside before leaving

Last year we started an annual Butler/Gardner family picture:

So we continued this year and instead of five of us, there were six!
It amazes me how much we have changed in a year!

After we got home, we got a picture of Colin & Nanny also!

After lunch, we put bubbles in Colin's new mower and went outside.  We also tried to hunt some Easter eggs - he caught on pretty good but got bored quick!  I took advantage of the time outside to get some adorable pictures!

He's walking!!!  I thought this was cute!

We had a really good weekend and above all...
